Change of Mind or Price Comparison: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
Quality and Perishable Nature of Flowers: We pride ourselves on using fresh, premium quality blooms. Flowers are a perishable and fragile product, and various factors beyond our control can affect their longevity once they leave Architecture in Bloom. The recipient must follow the care instructions provided with the flowers to ensure proper care. Care instructions can also be found in the Floral Care section on this website.
To qualify for a replacement or refund of floral goods: Customers need to provide a photo of the whole floral design and email the image within 3 days of delivery. The flowers must be returned or collected if they are replaced or refunded. This allows us to follow up with our suppliers and address quality control concerns.
Variation in Products: Due to the nature of our products and the environmental impacts involved, there may be variations in colour, texture, or appearance between individual items. No two products are exactly the same. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, please understand that the actual item you receive may slightly differ from the images on our website. These variations are a testament to the uniqueness and authenticity of our products and should not be considered defects or grounds for return. Products Damaged During Delivery: If a product you ordered is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. Damaged product(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received them, including any packaging and accompanying items. We will organise the repair, replacement, or refund of the damaged product, provided that you contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment will be made using the same method as your original payment.
